This Privacy Policy explains how "Somni" ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with our sleep coaching application.

1. Information We Collect

We verify and collect the following information through the App:

A. Health Data (Apple HealthKit)

We request access to data from Apple's HealthKit to analyze your sleep quality and lifestyle. This data includes:

• Sleep Analysis: Sleep stages (Deep, Core, REM, Awake) and duration.
• Step Count: Daily activity levels.
• Active Energy Burned: Calories burned.
• Breathing Disturbances: Respiratory data during sleep (iOS 18+).

Note: This health data is processed locally on your device or temporarily sent to our AI service for analysis (see Section 3). We do not store your HealthKit data on our external servers for other purposes.

B. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the App's performance and stability, using services like Firebase or similar analytics tools.
